Problem Note 69025: An IPC connection error occurs when you attempt to open a worksheet

In SAS® Merchandise Planning, you might experience an IPC connection error after you open worksheets after a direct upgrade from 613 to 68HF7.  The error message in the peinst_######_#####_pe.log for the worksheet that was opened shows lines that are similar to the following:
